Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail with tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering tracking number on delivery partner webpage or can call us directly.
All items can cancel before they've been processed. In case of prepaid orders, refund amount will be credited to your bank account. Once the order is processed, cancellation will lead to refund in form of store credit.
If you receive a damaged product you can return it. At the time of delivery, check the product is properly packed and sealed.
